SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class. Your goodies should be with you within 1-2 days of posting, but please allow 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday) to allow for packaging and despatch (excluding bank holidays). See individual items for shipping costs. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. UK delivery only, at this time.

At Sea Green Cocoa Bean, our commitment to sustainability also extends to our shipping practices. As much as possible, we try and ship low waste, and plastic free, and re-using boxes and packing materials where we can.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Policy: We sincerely hope that your products arrive in a perfect condition at the shipping address you provided. If not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact me within 30 days of receipt, with photographs and detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
If valid, we will either resend the same item, or replace it with another of equal or greater value, and will endeavour to do this within 10 days. Because chocolate is perishable, all claims must be submitted with detailed support as above, otherwise it will not be eligible for reshipment. We reserve the right to limit replacements. Unfortunately returns and refunds are not offered.
We will send your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please also include a street address, company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable, to ensure correct delivery.

We can only guarantee correctly addressed orders. Again, because chocolate products are perishable, we cannot guarantee its condition if the delivery company has to reroute your order, as we cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customisation options with the delivery company).
Sea Green Cocoa Bean is not responsible for failed deliveries when you provide an incorrect or outdated address, or your recipient is not available
Shipments that are returned to us, or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or re-labelling for the delivery company.
